Droid X Dialer, Contact, and menu buttons.

The 3 buttons running horizontally at the bottom of the touch screen have moved to a vertical alignment on the right side of the screen. My main menu also condensed all of my apps into a smaller space. What did I do and how can I fix it?

Same Problem...

It's happened twice now in the last six months. I guess I'll just restart again...
