Droid X change default ringtone? And.....

Hi,

I thought I had changed my default ringtone to an mp3 but when I tested from a phone not programmed the ringer had not changed.

I went to music>found my mp3, hit settings and selected ringtone.


Also, how do you simply stop music in these things? I have only found the pause button but no way to stop the music altogether.

EDIT: Ok for some reason it took setting the default ringtone twice before it worked.

Can anyone help with the second question? How to stop music instead of just pausing it?

There is no stop.

When you pause, it remembers where you were, but stops playing. There is no need for a 'stop' button because there is no actual disc moving that needs to be stopped. Think of pause more like stop with a nice resume feature.
