Droid X - Can't get my contacts to organize last name first

I can't get my contacts to list by last name in the contacts...
anybody have an idea how? I can't stand looking somebogy up by first name. I like having all the last names together in a family too..


I am coming from a rooted droid, and i must say, that is the only thing I can't do.. I love this phone... I love the screen.. I love everything about it... I can't wait for 2.2 so I can use flash, but other than that..
