none really besided Droid Overclock or the bootstrapper if you are into the modding scene. But basically just search for apps that you will use and need.

Besides some rooting apps like the previous poster mentioned, Android apps are not phone model specific. Check the market and search for apps you would be interested in... also, check out stock replacement apps.
