Droid Wont Start

When i turn it on, it pops up with the motorola logo, but off to the left, and a small white line in the right lower corner. It wont start and sometimes the icons will light up.

Have you tried a factory reset yet? If that don't fix it...then your probably gonna have to SBF. And if none of that works then your gonna have to replace or repair it.
