Droid with warning symbol?

Hey guys, so I have been having some trouble with my Razr M. First, pressing the power button would not make the phone lock/sleep. Second, the volume up button seemed to be working on its own, randomly turning up the volume at random times. Lastly, I tried to update it, but it just had this little android symbol with a red warning sign coming out of its, stomach door, I guess. Anyway, can you guys PLEASE help? Thanks in advance.

That 'surgical Android' symbol means you placed the phone into BOOTLOADER mode.
You need to tap the power button to select the RESTART mode and reboot the device.
Most times, a side button press is required to scroll the menu, such as the volume UP or down, then highlight the desired selection and then tap the power button to restart the device.
I know, a convoluted response....

To get out of it, press both Volume buttons and the Power button simultaneously, and the menu will appear. Then you can choose to reboot the device.
