I am currently using a Motorola Droid Ultra (Limited edition) and it is on the latest firmware 4.2.2. The phone is only about 3 months old now, and my microphone has seemed to have stopped working. I do not believe anything is stuck in the mic such as lint or what have you. I can still talk using headphones or my bluetooth headset. I wanted to take the Phone apart to check the mic physically but i do not know how to take the phone apart. I have searched but no luck on a dissemble video, post, etc.
1.) What are reasons a mic can stop working?
2.) What tool(s) are needed to dissemble my ultra to check the mic
