Droid Stylus

if you want to use a stylus get a WinMo phone they come with one most of the time

android is designed to be "finger friendly"
 
They have aftermarket styli for sale on a couple websites I've seen. I'd like to know if they work well so I won't have a grease covered Droid when I'm in the garage working on my truck.
 
I guess I'm a neophyte when it comes to the Droid. I would like to take notes on the Droid. This has been one of the missing pieces of information for me.

1. Can I do it efficiently?

2. Is it best/quicker with a stylus?

3. Is it generally accepted that your fingertips would be more efficient?

My wife and I both use the Ten One Design Pogo stylii on our Ipod Touch devices, and they work on my new Droid as well. They cost ten or twelve bucks, work well, and come in two versions, with and without a pocket clip:
