droid showing no battery

Please do not double and triple post your problem across the same forum site. It just makes it hard for you and other trying to help you when you've got three different threads going on. Let's try to keep it here in this one.

Anyways, You also didn't give much details as well, but from reading your symptoms I know that you must have used a very outdated method to root your phone. The exact name of the .sbf file you used was not the same as the one in this thread:

http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-labs/74028-root-droid-1-regardless-os-version.html

It was called SPRecovery_ESE81.sbf. From now on, please give exact details for us to be able to best help you out. Your phone is running Froyo and that file put an Eclair kernel on it and that's why it's not working. Your best bet is to find a Froyo rom, rename it to "update.aip" and put it on your sdcard. Then if you can boot into your recovery and use the SPRecovery menu system to allow update.zip and then install update.zip. That should fix you up.

good luck
