DROID RAZR MAXX HD DIED

Hello, I'm new here.

My Droid Maxx HD died, all I can see is the Motorola logo. Verizon already sent a replacement but I would like to know if it is possible yo retrieve my files before I send it back yo Verizon.

I don't see any files if connected to computer via USB.

If it won't power on to Android, then no, it's not possible to retrieve any files.

I can go to AP Fastboot screen:

Device is LOCKED, Status Code: 0

Battery OK

What Device is LOCKED means?
