Droid Razr M update killed my Global 3G network..

Hey all.. desperate call for help.. Just got a Droid Razr M and have currently moved in Costa Rica for work, on Kolbi network. Had the Kolbi APN added to phone prior to update, but after the system update to 98.18.94.XT907, all I can get is Edge network..
Any ideas??

Had a phone working perfectly on 3 network in Ireland, now after update is getting roaming charges. Any ideas? APN number has been double checked.
