Droid Overclock profile question

I'm setting up screen on and screen off profiles and I'm wondering what the "priority" setting does? I don't see anywhere to set the voltage in a profile. Are they related or does the voltage just stay at what ever I initially set it at? Thanks for any help!

Priority determines the order in which you profile rules are assessed. A higher priority means that if your phone is in a state that currently meets two profile rules it will choose the higher priority profile - say you have one profile for "screen on" with a priority of 50 and another for "battery level < 50%" with a priority of 75, if your battery is less than 50% and your screen is on, the phone will use the "battery < 50" profile because it has a higher priority.
