Droid Incredible won't save pictures to internal memory, nor send them.

My bestfriend's Droid Incredible will not send, nor will it save pictures to the internal memory. I have looked around to try and find solutions, but I have not found any, or I wouldn't be starting this thread. Thanks to anyone who will try and help.
