Droid Incredible Reset Itself

rel

New Member
My Droid Incredible shut off on its own and restarted, but it never fully came back on--it just kept returning to the initial HTC Incredible screen over and over. Frustrated, I removed the battery, put it back in, and turned the phone back on. The "scene" is now completely blank (where I had lots of app icons before), and all my data--text messages, contacts, pictures--is gone. If I go to All Apps, the applications I have downloaded are all still there, though all of my login information, settings, etc. has been cleared. When I try to select one of the HTC scenes, all screens still remain blank.

Is there any way to fix this?

ETA: My phone is not rooted.

Never seen this problem before, normally a battery pull fixes the looping start screen.

Hate to say it, but you might be out of luck...
