Droid Incredible Media Speaker Blown.

Guys,

Anyone know if the media speaker on the back above the battery can be replaced?

Is it something I can buy and install myself?

I really don't want to send it off for a warranty fix but even when I dial the tones crackle.

There is a tutorial on another website. It may not be blown. Some get metallic specs on them that causes them to sound blown. Try taking a strong magnet and run it across the speaker to pull the flakes off. Make sure the phone is off and the battery is out.
