Droid Incredible Boot-Loop

So I'm brand new to the Android community, and I have a Samsung reality, and I loath it.
I bought a Droid Incredible off Ebay, and didn't realize until after I purchased it that it's stuck on Boot-Loop.
So This is a newbie asking for advice/help
how do I fix it? :icon_eek:
