Droid I blacklisting calls

Title pretty well sums it up. Running Sapphire 1.0, about two weeks old. No recent updates.
About 4 hours ago, it started blacklisting all outgoing calls. Not incoming. Can go into
Settings >Call Settings > Blacklist and remove #, but it'll just do it again.
