Droid gallery not updating! Plz help

this happens a lot. when i download a picture it will not show up in my gallery unless i reset my phone! it is very annoying! sometimes that happens when i take a picture too! it sucks!

does this happen to anyone else?

how do i stop this?

Apparently it sometimes takes a while for Froyo to re-scan the SD card for new media. The SDMount Widget might help. It forces the phone to scan the card for new media.

Haven't used it myself. I just remembered reading a post about it a couple days ago.

I can't find that in. Market place but it sounds like it would do the trick. Help?

You can always just go to settings>sd card and storage>unmount and remount sd card.
