Droid email questions

Hey all. I just got a Droid X and I love it. I'm having trouble figuring out how to do one thing, though. I have a corporate Gmail account and a personal Gmail account. I need to keep them completely separate, so the single Gmail icon with both accounts won't work. Should I use the Gmail app for one and create a separate non-Gmail account for the other? Is there an app that would make this easier/more manageable?

Also, I typically use gTalk with my work account, but the app is not letting me switch accounts. Is there a way to do that?

similar here, i have an exchange acct i use for biz and 2 pop accounts i use for personal. I use K9 mail for pop and corporate for my biz email

Thanks for the reply, Plum.

I use the corporate email app for my work (Exchange) and K9 for my personal (Gmail) so I have two separate icons but it works well for me.
