Droid Compatible DVD Receiver

Has anyone heard of the possibility of an Android compatible DVD receiver for a car or truck? I first looked on Crutchfield for a receiver and of course, all that is available are receivers that are Iphone ready. I know I could use Bluetooth for some features but with the receiver not being Android compatible everything will not translate over. I did find an Android compatible single din stereo and even a stereo that you could plug into with a tablet but no word of a dvd receiver. Have you guys heard anything?

I have a clarion with the bluetooth add on and i can answer calls handsfree and stream music to my car stereo. Also when im playing games i can have the sound come through my stereo. Sounds great. Dont know if you looking to do more.
