Droid Charge: Can't set contact to go straight to voicemail

So I emailed Verizon asking them how I can set a contact to go straight to voicemail like I could on my Droid 2 and here were their instructions:

1. Open your contact list
2. Scroll until you find the contact that you'd like to send straight to voicemail, and tap to open the contact
3. Near the bottom of the contact page, find and tap on the Send to voicemail option
** A pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you want to enable this feature.
4. Tap OK and you're done.



I followed all those steps and I don't see that option at the bottom of a contacts page. Can someone help me with this?

Select edit
Scroll all the way to the bottom
Additional Info
Scroll all the way to the bottom again
Select straight to voice mail

Likewise - no "send to voicemail" option on my Razr, but it was on my Droid X!
