My Bionic voice/in-coming call volume defaults to maximum level when booting up. Is that a bug or is that by design? It doesn't seem to remember the last volume setting before shutting down. I have to reset it via the "sound" control but it defaults back to maximum volume when I reboot. All the other volume settings (e.g., ringer, notifications, etc.) do not change.
