droid bionic not recieving calls or texts.

My new droid BIONIC won't recieve calls at all and i have had a few friends tell me that they can't text me either but every call or text i send they get. Any suggestions on what's going on here?

That's strange, I would contact Verizon and see if they can fix it or switch it out. Unfortunately, if you switch it you'll likely get a refurb with its own problems.

Well, this phone is a refurb so that could have something to do with it.
I just hate dealing with the incompetent Customer Care reps.
