Ok so I have a Droid Bionic that, about 5 times a day, suddenly THINKS that the battery is dead and shuts itself off. There are 2 ways to get it started again. The obvious is to take out the battery and put it back, then restart. The other is to plug in the charger, at which time it tells you the battery is at 0%, then 5%, then 10%, and it will restart after switching it on and off a few times, at which time it tells me the battery is at 100% where I knew it had been all along.
I went to Verizon and they did not seem to want to help me and had no clue. I have had an account with them for a long time and never had any trouble before. Maybe the guy had a bad morning, but no help is still no help. I am still 10 months away from an upgrade, and can't afford a new phone at the moment.
Any ideas?
