Droid Bionic ICS .299 and root

I have stock .905 rooted on my bionic. How do I download and install the .299 ICS official leak + root? (Or if there is a newer ICS leak).

.299??? Only seen 235, nothing newer. Was a 229 though. Please clarify and if 299 is real, where did you get it?

Yes there is a .299 one.. and yes of course I googled it, but when you flash that rom you lose root, and if you read my post I want. 299 build with root. Thanks

.229 confused with. 299. Latest is 235. Ice Cream Sandwich .229 Leaked for the DROID Bionic, Kernel Updated – Droid Life picture clearly shows 229. Many misquoted one site.

there isnt a .299 .. and if there is one its probably for either razor or droid 4.... bionic latest is .235... so it made a mad jump from .235 to .299? :blink:

Dude. There are several of us in the bionic forum that LIVE AND BREATHE this stuff. There isn't a 299. You might see a build skip 2-5 version #s, but 64? Respect the people that spend more time on this every day than you do in a week.

I wish people would get these build numbers correct. It cause alot of confusion. I keep seeing threads started with false numbers like .2288, .233, and now. 299

I have never heard of a vzw store having a bionic on their floor having an ICS build. Especially since ics isnt even official yet. Some stores dont even sell the Bionic in their stores anymore. Not saying your wrong i just find it hard to believe.

Now i remember when. 229 came out alot a news site wrongly had it as. 299. In the same articles you could clearly see 229 in there about screen photos.

I know they did a switch from four letter 2233 to three letters 232 etc.

I've got all four on my web host with links that were uploaded on droidhive before the hack.

if vzw has it on floor models then WTF don't I have an official OTA?
