Droid bionic boot up at specified time

Hello all is there a way to make my droid bionic boot up at a specified time as I would like to power it down when I go to bed but still power up to be my alarm clock is there a way to do this natively or with a reliable app

I recommend using the battery and data manager to decrease battery usage at certain times at night, assuming thats what you're concerned with.
