Good news for all of us netflix users..... microsoft is working on silverlight for androiod.... just google it and you will see....

Holy Hulu Batman

Nice, between silverlight and flash, installing these for our droids will be like installing KIT from KnightRider into our cars. :icon_eek:

edited: actually better than that since we already talk to our droids... lol

Not sure but...

Hmmm... not sure but I heard that Apple is getting some sort of flash process from another company other than Adobe. Competition isn't always bad, especially if that competition offers its services to other phones in addition (like ours). But knowing Steve Jobs, and his "lockdown" policy, I wouldn't hold my breath for that.

<---- waiting on better flash news...

The iPhone apparently has a method where you install some app that converts certain types of flash so that the phone will show it. Most website would have to be reformatted for this to work and its a workaround essentially. This will be adobe flash 100% and supported by Moto/Google, no workarounds or risk of being blocked lol

Adobe flash player 10.1 (version 10.1.92.8) is available online, if you search around for it you can find the.apk file to install it.

It does not currently show up in the marketplace, though, for reasons unknown.

You MUST be running Android 2.2 (any release version) in order for it to work.

The file name you need to search for is:

com.adobe.flashplayer-1.apk

It's about 3.75 Mb file, and is available a LOT of different places on the internet. Some simple searching should turn it up for you.
