Droid 4 Specs?

What you guys think will be in the next Droid 4 I'm thinking quad core processor 2 to 3 ghz. 2gb of ram 4.3 to 5 inch screen size 8 to 10 megapixel camera and latest Android software. I would love this phone. Probably come out in August of 2012

I really wish this would come out by Christmas. I had the og droid and now the d2 and would like to keep it going with the droid 4 but i really want a new phone for Christmas and it doesnt look like the droid 4 is going to make it. I guess its the razr for me.

The general consensus is that it has a 4" screen, 1.2 GHz dual-core OMAP4 4430 processor, 4G LTE connectivity, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. I havent heard about the other specs.

It looks like the specs have been leaked for the Droid 4 I guess the phone will be coming out earlier then expected with these types of specs.
