Well it's February my upgrade will be available in one hour, I'm giving the Droid 4 this month only if not then I'm going for the razor

Actually... doesn't Verizon have a 14 day period where you can exchange your phone for any reason? So if I get the Razr today.. and the D4 comes out Thursday.. I can just swap phones...?

I believe they charge a restocking fee of like $35 or something if you exchange it.

This is usually correct. They'll usually forget about that if the reason you're returning it for a different phone is a hardware issue or something like that.
