Droid 2 R2D2 Keyboard Question

I just bought the Droid 2 R2D2 today, the Verizon store said they were sold out, but when I called Verizon on the phone they said they had 6 units left and they found me one. I guess I was lucky I'm beginning to think the Verizon store is staffed with inept people.

I was curious if the phone comes with the vanilla keyboard, since I don't want to use Swipe.

All keyboard phones also have onscreen keyboard and Swype is seperate. You have to DL that yourself.

I thought it came pre-installed on the D2, at least that's what I read somewhere. Maybe I mis-understood.
