Droid 2 pictures/videos won't show up

The picture and video in my gallery won't show up. They are just the gray box. When I take pictures they won't show up either. I will restart my phone and they will show up for a minute, but when I close out of it and go back they go back to the gray boxes. I used ASTRO and SDrescan but they didn't help. Someone please!

I have issues with gray covering half or all some pics too. I really notice it when sending a picture message. Video breaks up also sometimes.

Are both of you using the stock messaging app or one from the market? If you take a picture and its not showing correctly, it could either be a bad SD card or a software issue.

Stock... Im betting its software related. I didnt have any troubles till the phone did an update of some sort. New at the smart phone thingy. Thanks for the info. I can do some searching around the forum. Thanks.
