Droid 2 Global Screen Replacement

Hey guys, I have a question I haven't found a clear answer for. My Droid 2 Global screens cracked(the physical screen not the digitizer) and I was wondering if the screen of a normal Droid 2 is the same (connector and what not). I have the opportunity to buy one for pretty cheap to fix my phone but if it won't work I will not bother. I know that some of hardware on the D2G is a little bit different so I'm a little thrown off.
