Droid 2 Global Google Shopper

Did anyone happen to install this for their D2G? I have a bar code scanner app and I wanted to use the Google Shopper app but I heard they don't make it for every.phone or that the market is very specific for every phone that uses it.

I installed it on my D2G and it works fine.

I installed it and removed it for shopsavvy... google shopper sucked in my area.

So then why is it when I scanned the barcode on google shopper's homepage and when I searched for it, nothing came up? I'm using the Bar Scanner app and it has integration with it, and it just seems useless to have 1 button out of three to never be used?

Also, is there like a standard bar scanner app that everyone is using? There seems to be many out on the market place.
