Droid 2 Dialer screen offset

Ok i upgraded my phone to 2.3.20 detoxed version. Since then i am getting this...in the below picture..

So as you can see this is quiet annoying. is there any way to fix this?

also my camera is not working. I dont think these are related but just putting it out there..

Is this a stock device - if so was the update OTA or did you get it from somewhere else ?
