droid 2 app backup

i am going to switch my ROM soon but dont want to loose my apps. so wat can i use to back up all my apps easily?

You should be able to sync all your apps with your google account and should redownload when you switch roms or you can use titanium backup to backup all of your app and restore them when you switch.

Yea titanium is a must when your switching ROMs around bc it saves all your data so you don't have to starts games back over I just run a batch backup b4 I changes ROMs and it saves everything
