whats up all my name is kevin i just switched from my blackberry to the droid x just lookin for some cool app suggestions and maybe how to get ringtones etc on the phone. any links / suggestions would be awesome thanks guys

Welcome Kevin! Glad to have you. There is a App section in the Forum tab that will help you. I have a Droid and use Ringtone (free app in Market).

Kevin, welcome. You will find a lot here. If you are patient, you will find that X has a ton of options. RingDroid is quite nice.

i was unable to transfer my pictures from my macbook to the new phone it wouldnt register as an "mass storage device" i did enable the usb port but to no avail. granted it was 1am so ill give it a try tonight and hope that it will take this time
