Is it happening to all downloads or just from the browser or just from the play store?

what exactly are you trying to download? I've heard some have had trouble downloading certain types of files because it's not compatible on android

If trying a different browser doesn't work backup all of your apps with rom toolbox pro and then do a factory reset .
