Downloads and Wi-Fi

I just switched from my thunderbolt to the bionic and I am grandfathered into the unlimited data plan. I am also in a 4g area. I can only download apps if I'm connected to Wi-Fi... what am I doing wrong?

try a battery pull? the only time I've turned on WiFi was to setup my printer via Motoprint which obviously require WiFi

I believe u have Data Saver activated. Go to Settings > battery and data > data saver and disable it
