download attachment from yahoo email

I sent a email with a mp3 ringtone to my yahoo email acct.
I can access the email and listen to the ringtone, but i can not download it or save it to my phone.

Using a droid 2

Is there another way to get ringtones to my phone thru email or do i need a special app?

I guess it is app dependent. I use the regular email app and I can download any type of fille.

I tried yahoo app, I tried using the email app that is installed with the phone when you first register.

Still nothing. ended up putting on the sd card from my pc.

With the default email app, depending on the file, you either press and hold to save or you hit preview and save comes up after the preview.

With any explorer app like Astro (I just use the one that comes with the phone)

Navigate to the root and look for Yahoo! --> Ymail --> ymail_system_cache_1

This is where you will find all the attachments you opened from yahoo mail.
