double entries on calendar

I'm not sure what's going on, but any time i enter anything in my google calendar (or calendar pad app) on my phone, it automatically doubles it. It shows the same account for both entries. I do have two different accounts setup in gmail app, and another one in k-9. These extra accounts shouldn't affect anything though. I'm really at a loss, and I hope that someone else has seen this issue, or had it.
