Door on side that holds SD and SIM card keeps coming out

Anyone else having this problem? It causes the SD card to dislodge as well as the SIM card which causes me to lose service sometimes. It can't be good for the cards. No case is on the phone interfering.

Wondering if there is a problem with just my phone or a design flaw with this phone.....

Don't have this issue. Are you using the little tool they send with the phone to push it in all the way and make sure you hear the click?

When I first tried taking the drawer and the cards out I didn't re-insert the storage card all the way until it clicked. Make sure u use the tool to do this.

Thanks guys I reinserted the SD card and I heard a click let's see if it stays closed now....
