Doogee DG300 Voyager UNROOTED NO FRONT CAMERA

While I got inside the boot mode to test everything still I cant make the front camera to work. Do I need to root my phone for sure or is there another way to enable my front camera? If I must root my phone I would like for some pointers because it's my first android phone and I don't want to brick it or to broke it or whatever! Thanks in advance and sorry if I posted something wrong!
