That's odd. Maybe someone else with the family edition will chime in. I have the OG Xoom and received the update not too long ago. Maybe they send it to different models at different times?

As the xoom Family wifi is a different device i don't think it is rolling out yet.

The Xoom Family Edition (MZ505) is not part of the current ICS OTA roll out. Only the OG Wi-Fi Xooms are getting ICS currently. The rest of the xoom stable is supposedly getting ICS but there is no release date set yet.
