Does this happen to you?

I rooted my phone.
I overclocked it.
But whenever I put it over 729 mhz it just reboots the phone.
Why does this happen?
I'm on a rooted lg ally running velocity 2.2

Overclocking 101. Your processor can't handle it. Drop it down to a speed it can handle.
