Ok, so our phones run much better on 3g.
I know the regular S7's do not have to option to switch down to 3g. However, I am unsure if the S7 Active does or does not. Do they not contain the same software set up?
Just got off phone with customer support, might I add the previous rep who helped me with my phone, went into the computer system and switched me from 4g to 3g on their end via their system.
However, apparently "Kent" informed me he did not know how to do that.

So, I do not have the active with me to check the mobile network settings. I have also googled with no luck.
Thoughts?
