Does the Corporate calendar not push?

Hi Forum,
I am new to this Forum, I got my Droid today. The corporate email setup was easy, worked after 5 min.
Corporate calendar works but I have to refresh to see updates unlike email which is pushed real time. Is that normal? Do I have to refresh manually to know if the corporate calendar was updated?
