Does Swype work on cm7 gb?

I flashed the gb version of cm7 this after noon, try to see if Swype works for it but it keeps on force closing. Does it work on cm7 gb? Do I have to install it a certain way?

I have swype installed and it works perfectly... Use the official swype installer.

you just installed it like normal? can you tell me the steps you took from installing CM4DX-GB? i must be doing something wrong. everything works perfectly fine, even with a different keyboard works. Swype is the only one being difficult.

i just goto beta.swype.com and installed the installer from there site. worked fine. you just have to register and log in. there are some good improvements in the beta over the one that comes with stock GB.

i dont think i was able to use an apk directly though, they have some licensing stuff with it.
