Does Samsung note 2 hdmi dock work with Note 3?

I stream a lot of video mostly from slingbox to work where we have wifi but no cable tv. I hook up my phone ( note 2) with this device and I am able to watch everything from my home cable box. I really like the note 3 and want a new phone. Does anyone know if the samsung hdmi out dock will work with the Note 3 as well?

I have heard that the Note 3 works theoretically the same way as the Note 2, however keep in mind, you will lose the USB 3.0 accessible as that is not feature of the docking port of the Note 2. Basically the device will function much the same way as the Note 2, but also keep in mind that the external speaker for the Note 3 is also right next to the charging source, so you may want to look into an alternative docking source as the sound may be muffled.
