Do you think the stock camera app has improved with ICS?

I quit using the stock app on my RAZR and was using Camera360 (free version). But I think the stock app may now be ok. I don't get all the fancy effects from Camera360, but I don't really need that.

What do you all think?

The shutter is faster on the stock app with ICS. It's not Galaxy Nexus fast, but it's definitely faster. That doesn't always translate into better pictures though because it cuts into the ability of the camera to completely focus. There are a few minor additions here and there (effects, taking pictures while recording video), but I haven't noticed anything that results in any real improvements in the the pictures. Camera ICS+ still outperforms it for me, as does HDR Camera.

I noticed a difference. Day one I took a pic. It was in a low light condition and for the life of me I could not get the flash and camera to operate properly- they were out of sync.

After ICS everything synced- day 2 same pic and environment and the flash and capture worked together.
