I have a rooted razr, if I have a rom manager do I also need to have a safestrap?

I use rom manager to run fix. permissions and the other is a must its your recovery.

Safestrap is the recovery that replaced the stock one when you rooted so you have to have this its also the preferred one but others use razr bootstrap as well. Its a matter of preference really. Rom manager although has a section for roms none are compatible for the Razr so I just use it to fix permissions, when dwnlding roms I dwnld from here in the forum but I use safestrap(or Razr bootstrap) to install. Its the only way to flash roms/themes.
